If you are not 100% satisfied with your recent purchase from PRDRWNDN®, please send your heritage apparel, cultural fashion, or artisan crafts back to us, and we will work with you to find the perfect piece that celebrates your Rwandan pride. Please read our return policy below and return items as directed.
All NEW items may be returned to PRDRWNDN® for exchange or credit up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Items used or worn in everyday environments cannot be credited or exchanged unless utilizing our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee program. We recommend trying your new items at home on a clean surface to verify proper fit or condition before regular use. This way, if you need to return your items for a different size, style, or preference, they can be returned for a full credit (minus any applicable shipping or processing fees).
Defective Items
If an item is less than 6 months old and, in our determination, shows normal wear, we will issue a full refund or 100% store credit towards a replacement.
Damaged or Ruined Items
No exchange or credit is given on items damaged or ruined due to everyday use or handling.
Return Procedures
In the event that you choose to return an item to PRDRWNDN® due to a sizing, style, or preference exchange, PRDRWNDN® will pay for the cost of shipping any replacement item from us to you (within the continental U.S.).
If you are returning an item for credit or refund, a return processing fee will be applied. All refunds will be the original cost of the items minus the processing fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In order to locate your order information quickly, please include a return form and/or your original packing slip with the items you wish to return.
